When creating a support ticket, please be as detailed as possible. Please provide the product name and the receipt number with your name and the email address you used when you made your purchase.

We will try to get back to you within 6 hours, but it may take up to 24 hours (during business days) to get a reply. You may not get a reply on the weekend or on a public holiday. Any ticket you submit will be issued a reply. Please do not post a duplicate ticket for the same concern.

After creating a support ticket, you'll receive an email notification from "customerservice@goldenpublishinghouse.com". Inside this email, you will find a link in which you can view your support ticket.
