 How to submit a support ticket?
Article 1) Check out Knowledgebase.

2) If you can't find a solution to your problems in our knowledgebase,
click the “Submit a Ticket” button. There is NO need to register.

3) Please give us the relevant details: e.g.
****your name, email address, product name, and receipt number***** so that we could help you as quickly as possible.

4) Check your email for a notification email.

5) Inside this email you’ll find the URL in which you can view your support ticket.

6) Note that you should submit your questions ONLY through this support system.
We do not offer customer support via email because we want to be sure that you get our reply.

7) We will respond within 28 hours (business days).
Please note that customer support center is located in Singapore (GMT+8)
which most probably is on a different time zone than you are.
